FROM TUESDAY 17TH MARCH,WE HAVE STOPPED OPERATING OUR OPEN ACCESS SURGERIES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE .
All patients should now either submit an e-consult or telephone the surgery where a triage system is in place. We will endeavour to answer e-consults and telephone calls within 24 hours when they are received before 3.00pm (Monday -Friday) where possible, with a maximum 48 hour turnaround.
IF THE DOCTOR NEEDS TO SEE YOU FACE TO FACE, THEY WILL ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT TIME AND THEREFORE LIMIT YOUR TIME SPENT IN THE SURGERY.
